Refund Policy
Our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices
Refund Eligibility
APPLY US TRAVEL is committed to treating every applicant fairly. We understand that circumstances change, and we have designed our refund policy to be as accommodating as possible while reflecting the costs associated with application processing. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your application at the time of the request and the specific nature of your circumstances. Applications that have not yet been submitted for processing are generally eligible for a full refund. Applications that are in the processing stage may be eligible for a partial refund depending on how far the review process has progressed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your application reference number, the email address associated with your application, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-4 business hours with information about your refund eligibility and the next steps in the process. All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances of each request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it on our end. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated, including an estimated timeline for when the funds should appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Certain situations may not be eligible for refunds, including applications that have been fully processed and submitted, applications where the authorization has been issued, situations where the applicant provided false or misleading information, and refund requests submitted after 30 days from the date of payment. We evaluate each case individually, and our support team can provide specific guidance about your situation.
