If you are still planning to visit the United States but your dates have shifted, you may not need to cancel. We can simply update your travel information instead.
Is Something Incorrect on Your Application?

Are You Unsure About Your Travel Plans?
An approved ESTA is valid for two years, so even if your plans are uncertain right now, it may be worth keeping your application active for when you are ready to travel.
How to Cancel Your Application

Let us know that you would like to cancel your application
Our team will confirm the cancellation by email, usually within 24 hours
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it according to our Refund Policy
