How to Check Your Application Status

After you complete your questionnaire, we send you a confirmation email with your unique application reference number. You can use this reference number to check on your application at any time.

Step 1

Find Your Confirmation Email

When you completed your questionnaire, we sent you an email with your application reference number. It looks something like AUT-123456. Check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

✓ If you cannot find your confirmation email, don't worry — just contact us and we will help you locate it.

Step 2

Log In to Your Account

Visit our Log In page and enter your email address along with your application reference number. This will take you to your personal application dashboard where you can see your current status.

✓ You do not need a password — just your email and reference number.

Step 3

View Your Current Status

Once logged in, you will see a clear, easy-to-read summary of where your application stands. We update this information as soon as anything changes.

✓ We also send you an email whenever your status is updated, so you don't have to keep checking.

What Each Status Means

Here is a simple guide to the different statuses you might see. We have written these in plain language so there is no confusion:

Received

We have received your questionnaire and it is waiting to be reviewed by our team. You don't need to do anything right now.

Under Review

A real person on our team is carefully checking every detail of your application. This typically takes up to 24 hours.

Correction Needed

We noticed something that needs a small correction. We have sent you an email explaining what needs to be fixed. Don't worry — it is usually something simple like a typo.

Verified and Sent

Everything looks perfect! Your application has been verified by our team and sent to the appropriate authorities for processing.

Authorization Received

Great news — your travel authorization has been received. We have sent you all the details by email.

We Will Keep You Updated

You do not need to keep checking your status manually. We send you an email every time your application moves to a new stage. But if you ever want to check, your dashboard is always available.
